Administración:
  1. Contribuir en la administración y control de los contratos de la empresa.
  2. Preparar una matriz de obligaciones de la empresa respecto a terceros y de estos respecto a la primera.
  3. Participar en reuniones, preparar minutas y levantar actas de éstas, recogiendo las obligaciones asumidas en la matriz de obligaciones de las partes.
  4. Contribuir en el establecimiento de un mecanismo adecuado de seguimiento de cumplimiento de las obligaciones de empresa con terceros.
  5. Contribuir en la preparación de documentos asociados a las negociaciones y contratos ya en vigencia de la empresa.
  6. Contribuir en la preparación de las comunicaciones dentro de la empresa y con terceros expeditando las comunicaciones entre gerencias y con los contratistas, autoridades y otros stakeholders.
  7. Organizar el registro de comunicaciones y documentos del proyecto.
Proyecto:

  2. Colaborar en la administración de la cuenta de MS office del proyecto.
  3. Administrar registro de correos recibidos y pendientes a través de la cuenta de MS office del proyecto en Excel.
