OBJETIVOS DEL CARGO:
Liderar, diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de Asuntos Públicos, relaciones públicas y Comunicación Corporativa (interno y externo) de Roche Chile, alineada con los objetivos de negocio y la misión global de la compañía, para asegurar un posicionamiento estratégico sólido de la empresa como un actor clave en la transformación del sector salud y el desarrollo sostenible a través de alianzas estratégicas, promover el diálogo con partes interesadas y estrategias de comunicación, reflejando una reputación corporativa de excelencia en el ecosistema de salud chileno.

Sobre Nuestra Oportunidad:

  • Asuntos Públicos & Relaciones Institucionales: Diseña e implementa la estrategia de Asuntos Públicos, monitorea el entorno político-regulatorio, cultiva relaciones con autoridades, gremios y actores del ecosistema de salud, impulsa marcos regulatorios favorables a la innovación y el acceso, y lidera alianzas multisectoriales que fortalezcan el sistema de salud y el impacto de Roche
  • Posicionamiento & Reputación Corporativa: Gestiona la reputación y narrativa corporativa de Roche Chile, posicionando a la compañía como líder en innovación, medicina personalizada y socio estratégico del sistema de salud. Actúa como vocero/a (o prepara voceros), lidera relaciones públicas, maneja crisis y asuntos sensibles, y asegura la comunicación efectiva de iniciativas ESG y reportes de sostenibilidad
  • Comunicación Corporativa Externa e Interna: Dirige la estrategia de comunicación externa, la agenda pública y digital del gerente general, así como la comunicación interna para asegurar alineamiento cultural, engagement y coherencia narrativa en todos los canales y puntos de contacto
  • Gestión Estratégica de Comunicaciones & Engagement: Desarrolla y mantiene actualizada la narrativa maestra, diseña y ejecuta planes de engagement internos y externos, y orquesta la integración de mensajes clave en canales digitales, medios, plataformas internas y actividades presenciales
  • Liderazgo & Gestión del Área: Lidera, desarrolla y motiva al equipo de comunicaciones internas y externas, supervisa la ejecución integral de la estrategia del área, y administra el presupuesto de Asuntos Corporativos optimizando inversiones en PR y stakeholder engagement

Tu Perfil:

  • Formación Académica: Título universitario en Periodismo, Comunicaciones, Ciencias Políticas, Derecho, Administración o afín; se valora postgrado en Asuntos Corporativos, Políticas Públicas o Comunicación Estratégica
  • Experiencia Profesional: Mínimo 8 años en Asuntos Corporativos, Asuntos Públicos, PR o Comunicaciones en entornos de alta complejidad, idealmente en industria farmacéutica, biotecnológica, salud o sectores regulados
  • Conocimiento del Entorno & Regulación: Sólida comprensión del sistema de salud chileno, procesos de decisión gubernamental, mecanismos de acceso, panorama político-económico, y regulaciones nacionales e internacionales relevantes, incluyendo compliance farmacéutico
  • Idiomas: Inglés avanzado
