Corporate Communications Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Analyst to join our Communication Team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a communications plan that positively impacts BDev Ventures' positioning among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring coherence and alignment with the brand strategy and company goals. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry

What You Will Do:

- Execute B-Dev Ventures communications plan, aligned with the brand strategy and company’s business goals.
- Establish B-Dev Ventures' narrative, and messaging pillars.
- Align corporate communications with stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic link between BDev Ventures and the BairesDev corporate ecosystem, aligning tactics, materials, and messaging when required.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze, and design actions to optimize results.
- Create and implement BDev Ventures Communications Policy and processes, ensuring yearly updates and their proper internal disclosure and compliance.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience executing integral (external + internal) communication plans that aim at reputation building and brand awareness, and monitoring their success.
- 3+ years of experience creating content such as concepts and key messages for campaigns, press releases, corporate presentations, owned media, and websites.
- 1+ years of experience in event planning.
- 1+ years of experience in public relations, public affairs, or implementing stakeholder strategies.
- Previous work experience interacting with cross-company areas to understand, align and define communications priorities and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, with Advanced English level.
