**About the Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Build collaborative relationships within the team, with peers and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain confidential records, correspondence, contact lists, and related material.
- Arrange events, meetings, workshops and training sessions including room bookings, catering and logistics and liaise with local IT members for technical support.
- Support the team with budget management & cost reporting.
- Manage sensitive matters related to the VP CA Minerals Americas and leadership team with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage daily calendar of meetings and events for the VP CA MinAm and leadership team, addressing and optimizing scheduling challenges and opportunities.
- Use appropriate software (e.g.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and company systems to prepare presentations, reports, or other request of information to support the area.
- Arrange national and international travel and accommodations for executives including ground transportation.
- Developing and maintaining effective communication networks.
- Using effectively your time management skills to support leadership team’s deadlines and to function well in a very dynamic environment.
- Draft and prepare internal announcements, leadership meetings, and other events/activities where the executives are involved with.

**About You**:
Requirements for success:

- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- SAP experience (POs/ PRs).
- Effective communication on a variety of levels.
- Strong organizational skills, management and an ability to prioritize workload and to work independently.
- Advanced English level.
- Completed technical or higher education.
- Strong commitment to perform at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.
- Strong orientation to teamwork.
- Strong follow-through skills.
