About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Business Development Manager to join our team at Yuno.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on B2B payments and fintech. They will be responsible for actively seeking out and targeting business clients who can benefit from our payment solutions.

The selected individual will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and onboarding clients. They will also constantly learn and research the payments market to understand the needs, opportunities, and trends in the sector.

To succeed in this role, you will need to develop tailored strategies for approaching and engaging with potential clients, establish and maintain relationships with key business partners, and lead complex negotiations to close deals.

You will effectively present and explain our solution to prospects, gather client feedback to improve our product and service offerings, and work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to B2B sales.

What You Will Do

  1. Actively seek out and target business clients who can benefit from our payment solutions.
  2. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and onboarding clients.
  3. Constantly learn and research the payments market to understand the needs, opportunities, and trends in the sector.
  4. Develop tailored strategies for approaching and engaging with potential clients.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners.
  6. Lead complex negotiations to close deals.
  7. Effectively present and explain our solution to prospects.
  8. Gather client feedback to improve our product and service offerings.
  9. Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to B2B sales.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with a focus on sales in the B2B payments industry, fintech.
  2. Advanced English and native Spanish language skills.
  3. Demonstrable sales track record, particularly in international and multi-cultural contexts.
  4. Familiarity with customer support practices.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  6. In-depth market knowledge, with an emphasis on Latin American economies and payment sectors.
  7. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  8. Effective time management and strategic planning abilities.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
