Buscojobs Chile seeks an exceptional Strategic Marketing Director to drive business growth and scale our marketing functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy that boosts brand growth and client acquisition.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that drives business growth and client acquisition.
  • Lead AI-enhanced SEO efforts to increase web traffic, optimize content, and improve rankings.
  • Oversee targeted, AI-optimized PPC campaigns, refining ad strategies and spend for maximum impact.
  • Shape and implement a cohesive content strategy, driving consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.
  • Manage a diverse team of remote and in-office professionals, nurturing a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns to enhance engagement and expand brand reach.
  • Leverage analytics to track performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • 10+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally as CMO or Head of Marketing.
  • Strong experience using AI for campaign management, insights, and analytics.
  • Proven track record in scaling marketing functions, with real estate experience preferred.
  • Expertise in managing and motivating remote and on-site teams, using AI-based collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

Compensation Package: We offer a highly competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 per year, plus bonuses based on performance. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
