Job Description

As a Bid Manager - Early Career Talent, you will be working closely with our Market Unit Head and Commercial team to drive deal management process excellence and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advisor, providing holistic support as an operational backbone of our Services portfolio, and potentially participating in internal strategic cross-unit programs and initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Management Activities: You will support bid management activities, including document preparation, meeting minutes, presentations, and follow-up tasks jointly with the Bid Manager lead.
  • Quote Creation: You will create quotes in Harmony and support the commercial team in all aspects of quote creation.
  • Deal Management Process Support: You will support internal initiatives related to the Deal Management Process and perform on-demand activities related to approval, acting as a Bid Manager for small/simple deals.
  • Resource Allocation: You will generate requests in the Resource Management System to search experts from extended teams to work on detailing scoping, if required.

Requirements and Experience

  • Education: You should have a recent university graduate status, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Past internships are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: You should possess very good oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (oral & written).
  • Technical Skills: You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel (macros and graphs desirable), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Personal Qualities: You should enjoy detail-oriented tasks, be able to work with a virtual global team, and have analytical, structured, process-oriented thinking with a logical mindset. A 'can-do' mentality, collaborative behavior, high commitment to deadlines and quality, and ability to work independently are also essential.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
