Brazoderecho is seeking a skilled Autonomy Engineer to join our team in Las Condes, Santiago. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting software/application problems, developing and improving features/performance of applications, and ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application.
Key Requirements- Minimum 4 years of experience in mine operations related to Autonomy Fleet Management Applications.
- Technical knowledge of MineStar Suite, focusing on MineView, Minestar, Command, Fleet, Health, and Terrain.
- Knowledge of.NET, C#, Power BI, SQL Server, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency with MS Windows Services and Servers, Python programming, and ITIL.
- Experience with Tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.
- Provide support and troubleshoot standard and non-standard software/application problems.
- Develop and improve features/performance of applications to boost business operations.
- Ensure the best performance and user experience of the application.
