About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Manager to join our team in Chile. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
