Job Summary

The Data Solutions Partner will play a pivotal role in driving the culture of data capture, consolidation, visualization, and automation within the WSA CX Organization. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative, data-driven solutions that improve the performance and productivity of CX teams, as well as the profitability and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support CX managers with onboarding and upskilling of the team, providing training plans for data approaches and day-to-day support for internal team members and the user community for solutions deployed by the team.
  • Make recommendations based on data regarding team capacity management, process performance, and team efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support with the vetting of execution plans presented by the team, validating high-level assessments of effort and potential benefit, and making recommendations around project pipeline/prioritization.
  • Leverage internal and external resources and best practices through networking and collaboration.
  • Identify optimal sources for required data and obtain necessary access, escalating to Manager when roadblocks are encountered.
  • Coordinate with Financial Business Partners and Leadership for monthly and quarterly reports and routines, providing data and information needed regarding CX.
  • Offer expert knowledge about analytic methods and data transformation and visualization tools to help create solutions that offer increased visibility and automation.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of training, quick reference guides, and video tutorials.
  • Work in a project-based environment where timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder management are critical.
  • Communicate and escalate issues in a timely manner, being transparent about any changes to scope, timelines, or budget.
  • Support various team management activities, including recruitment processes.
We Are Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience managing data and creating and implementing solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business statistics, analytics, and data science preferred.
  • Data visualization and analytics expertise, with a focus on clear and strategic communication design.
  • Proven record of building strong relationships and stakeholder networks.
  • Experience providing technical support through coaching and training, with the ability to share experience with others to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Solid organizational and follow-up skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Results-oriented, analytical, and innovative.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365, Dremio, and Azure, as well as Power BI, Jira, Confluence.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and other automation skills required, with proficiency in MS Access a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
