Job Overview
We're seeking a dynamic, proactive Customer Experience Analyst to join our team in Santiago de Chile. As a key member of our after-sales area team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the customer experience in our dealer network nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage tools used in the dealer network across Chile.
- Support incident resolution through data analysis and tool implementation.
- Optimize tools to enhance the customer experience with our brand.
- Analyze after-sales customer satisfaction surveys and propose concrete actions for improvement.
- Establish action plans with dealers and supervise their execution.
- Train dealers on tool usage and customer service.
- Generate and report indicators and KPIs regularly.
- Update dashboards and tracking reports.
- Meet regional objectives.
- Participate in audit processes and programs established by our brand for the region.
- Provide comprehensive support in after-sales customer experience matters.
- Visit dealerships to ensure correct process implementation.
Requirements:
- Graduate professional.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Experience or related areas.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or other data analysis tools.
