At CallTek, we're seeking a talented Helpdesk NOC Specialist to join our team. As a Helpdesk NOC Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor network operations, manage incidents, and deliver timely resolutions via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network performance and address incidents through our ticketing system.
  • Provide bilingual technical support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues related to networks, servers, and workstations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining clear communication with clients.
  • Educate clients on best practices for IT system maintenance and optimization.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
