Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely manner.
- Managing supplier information and ensuring accuracy and updates.
- Assisting in managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking deadlines and performing follow-ups.
- Supporting bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing.
- Organizing and filing accounting and financial documents.
- Collaborating with the team in preparing financial and performance reports.
- Providing support during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial role, including invoice preparation and supplier management.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of financial management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
