The Junior Accounting Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our financial and administrative activities. Key responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing supplier information, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements.
  • Register and manage supplier (vendor) information, ensuring accuracy and updates.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking deadlines and performing follow-ups.
  • Support bank reconciliation and monthly financial closing.
  • Organize and file accounting and financial documents.
  • Collaborate with the team in preparing financial and performance reports.
