Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and executing strategic account plans, delivering business reviews, and driving overall customer satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships and creating customers for life.
  2. Acting as a proactive advocate for customers within Sovos, aligning account activities with customer goals and driving product adoption to deliver measurable business value.
  3. Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, fostering deep and strategic connections across organizations.

About the Role
This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven professional with 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales. Ideally, you have experience working with SaaS or related industries, including 1+ years with enterprise accounts. You should be fluent in Spanish and have a high level of English proficiency. Additionally, you should be proficient in managing multiple customer projects, resolving issues, and aligning internal and external stakeholders.
