A leading provider of innovative solutions in the oil and gas industry, oilandgas, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive.
Salary
The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
Job Description
This role requires developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships with industrial customers and EPCs in the process industries, particularly mining. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing strong relationships with senior levels of customer organizations.
- Diagnosing customer needs and tailoring solutions to match.
- Managing day-to-day and strategic interactions with customers.
- Driving sales campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University degree in an engineering field or related discipline.
- More than 5 years' experience in solution sales (automation industry), with a focus on mining considered a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relations at various customer levels.
- Complex sale experience, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels.
- English proficiency upper-intermediate or higher.
- Frequent travel around the country.
- Process automation knowledge.
