B2B Sales Representative Position

We are actively seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our award-winning team at SalesRoads.

This role involves engaging U.S.-based business executives in phone conversations to introduce and set appointments for our clients' products and services.

About the Job
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and sales acumen to drive revenue growth.
  • Prioritize and manage complex sales pipelines to secure qualified appointments and close deals.
Requirements
  1. Native or near-native English proficiency with a proven track record of success in high-level business conversations.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, with a strong background in outbound sales.
  3. Proven ability to manage complex objections and secure qualified appointments.
  4. Driven, coachable, and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  5. Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work from a quiet, remote location.
Earnings and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly base pay of $17 plus uncapped commissions, with a target OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $43,950 to $58,000+ per year.
  • Opportunity for top performers to earn higher commissions, with potential to reach $27-$28 per hour OTE.
