Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to obtain approval for services delivered before proceeding with payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial transactions, including invoice and credit note processing.
- Review and process Travel Expense reports in accordance with organizational Policies and Procedures.
- Track the Electronic Invoicing system daily to ensure timely payments.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of 8 semesters of education in a field related to administration, logistics, or auditing, along with 3 years of experience in an administrative role and specific experience in administration and accounting.
