Director of Reefer Operations

Hapag-Lloyd seeks a seasoned professional to lead our Reefer Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and be able to drive performance across three key segments: Reefers, Special Cargo, and Dangerous Goods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance with Areas to deliver volume targets for all three segments.
  • Establish marketing plans to meet volume and quality targets.
  • Lead business unit processes for Reefers, Special Cargo, and DG.
  • Grow volumes by developing existing business and acquiring new customers.
  • Coordinate closely with teams to leverage relationships and maximize value.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the shipping industry.
  • Advanced level in English (written and spoken).
