Key Responsibilities at Evalueserve

  • Conducting ESG research activities, including data gathering, developing tables and charts using Excel, thematic analysis, and surveys.
  • Researching news, financial data, and corporate presentations across different industries and sectors.
  • Assessing companies' strengths and weaknesses through industry insights, financial performance, and ESG risk evaluations.
  • Regularly maintaining and updating client databases.
  • Creating financial statements and forecasts for various companies.
  • Generating financial reports and presentations in English.

Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of experience in finance and ESG-related domains.
  • A degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. Additional qualifications such as CFA Level 1 certification or a Master's degree in Finance are advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills for financial modeling and quantitative data analysis using Excel.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (knowledge of VBA/programming is not mandatory).
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment, with strong communication skills essential for client engagement across various Evalueserve hubs.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables, along with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to frequently changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules and workload demands.
