Job Summary
We are seeking a People Services Support Administrator to join our dynamic People Services Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Talent Acquisition Regional Teams across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and exceptional service to internal clients, handling recruitment tasks and administrative responsibilities.
- Support talent acquisition queries for the Americas, including Chile, the United States, and Canada.
- Create requisitions for new positions in GPS.
- Design and create Canva ads for job postings.
- Schedule interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Screen candidates and offer management.
- Solve tickets regarding Talent Acquisition queries.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field is preferred but not a requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong focus on service delivery and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams across different locations.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recruitment processes.
