Job Summary

We are seeking a People Services Support Administrator to join our dynamic People Services Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Talent Acquisition Regional Teams across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and exceptional service to internal clients, handling recruitment tasks and administrative responsibilities.
  • Support talent acquisition queries for the Americas, including Chile, the United States, and Canada.
  • Create requisitions for new positions in GPS.
  • Design and create Canva ads for job postings.
  • Schedule interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Screen candidates and offer management.
  • Solve tickets regarding Talent Acquisition queries.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong focus on service delivery and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams across different locations.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recruitment processes.
