About the Role:

As a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Lenovo Commercial Products, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Director.

The region scope includes all Latin America Spanish-speaking countries.

You are required to design and execute marketing programs that support lead generation, brand awareness, customer advocacy, and more.

You will serve as a partner and advocate for the sales teams in your region and play an essential role in helping them meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build an ongoing partnership with regional sales leaders to understand business needs and sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing programs that are aligned to business priorities and initiatives.
  • Develop digital-led/always-on end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisitions, lead generations, and brand awareness.
  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales teams to strategically cultivate new markets.
  • Work closely with both business and alliance partners to drive partner marketing campaigns.
  • Align plans with Country Marketing Managers, looking for synergies across countries.
  • Interact with WW Commercial Marketing Business Units, being the spokesperson to deliver the needs of the region for global initiatives and campaigns.
  • Report on performance of regional marketing activity to senior stakeholders, to demonstrate the impact of marketing initiatives on engagement and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in marketing and very strong in executing integrated digital campaigns.
  • Experience of commercial marketing and channel marketing is a must, preferred in IT companies.
  • At least 6 years working experience in Enterprise/B2B/Channel marketing with strong background in content marketing.
  • Regional experiences in Latin America marketing is a plus.
  • Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Sensitive and strong in figures, cautious and attentive to details.
  • Fast learner; must be a taskmaster, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
  • The ability to perform independently, hands-on, and to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
