We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering results.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy to drive sales growth and expand our market reach. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key partners, and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.

You will also be responsible for providing strategic guidance to our internal teams on partnership development, sales tactics, and market trends. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the competition and maintain our position as a leader in the tax compliance industry.

What We Need From You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the tax compliance or software industry.
  2. A proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
  4. A self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed and make a meaningful impact on our business.
  5. A willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings, trade shows, and special projects.
What Does Sovos Offer?

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you will also receive a bonus structure tied to your performance, as well as comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
