About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Partners Support Officer to join our team at Pepperstone. As a key member of our Partners Support team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing processes associated with Introducing Broker (IB) and partner approvals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the IB & Affiliate approval processes, ensuring prompt reviews, compliance checks, and necessary approvals.
  • Oversee partner support queues, addressing inquiries to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Enhance partner conversions by actively following up on applications.
  • Collaborate with global compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Monitor partner advertising for compliance and implement fraud detection measures.
  • Assist in process enhancements and coordinate MAM setups effectively.
  • Handle rebate reconciliation, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Compile and deliver insightful reports on partner activities.
  • Lead the onboarding and training experience for new team members.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and process management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proven experience navigating IB approval workflows, rebate reconciliation, and partner support operations.
  • Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail, particularly in reconciliation and reporting tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to train and mentor newcomers, ensuring they are thoroughly integrated and contributing effectively.
