About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Broking Officer LATAM to lead our regional broking strategy and drive business growth in the LATAM market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a coordinated broking organization that delivers value to clients and drives innovation and thought leadership in the industry.

This is a hybrid role that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to drive innovation and growth through data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive Aon's regional broking strategy to build a coordinated broking organization that delivers value to clients.
  • Champion and drive product innovation and efficient capital solutions with carriers and the client solution innovation team.
  • Drive commission standardization and optimization with carrier relationships in the market.
  • Implement the global broking operating model in the region to align carrier executive management and senior product and client segment leadership.
  • Serve as a primary internal source for information concerning market trends, pricing, and other underwriting matters.
  • Deliver a cohesive Aon broking business to improve collaboration and enable cross-sell opportunities, innovative solutions, and relevant insights to clients.
  • Coordinate regional broking resources to promote complementary teams and development opportunities for staff.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the ease of doing business with Aon and provide assistance to ongoing projects by streamlining the submission/quote process and removing obstacles to accessing Reinsurance and Global Broking Center resources.
