About the Job
We are looking for a Workspace Experience Manager to join our team at IWG plc. As a key member of our center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is nothing short of excellent.
In this role, you will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within the center. You will be the go-to person for all administrative and support needs, allowing customers to focus on running their business.
You will ensure that all services are properly charged, invoices are accurate, and customers receive the best possible service. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and build strong professional relationships will be essential in this role.
We are looking for someone who is happy taking ownership of problems, finding ways to solve them, and adapting to fast-changing situations. If you have excellent communication skills, are positive and enthusiastic, and can use MS Office and other basic IT equipment confidently, we would love to hear from you.
