Responsabilidades- Liderar el equipo de finanzas y contribuir a la preparación, revisión y aprobación de los estados financieros.
- Desarrollar y implementar políticas y procedimientos contables para garantizar el cumplimiento de las NIIF.
- Evaluar y revisar asientos contables para garantizar su precisión y documentación adecuada.
- Colaborar con las operaciones para comprender las variaciones y el rendimiento financiero.
- Garantizar el mantenimiento mensual de toda la documentación y los informes SOX de la Dirección Contable.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los contables de gestión y el equipo de planificación estratégica en la preparación de los planes de vida útil de la mina, las presentaciones presupuestarias y los informes necesarios para comunicar claramente el presupuesto y los resultados de la planta.
- Dirigir y orientar al equipo financiero, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua, desarrollo profesional y alto rendimiento.
- Titulado/a de Contador Público, Contador Auditor, Ingeniería Comercial, o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 05 años de experiencia en Finanzas con énfasis en la industria.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
- Manejo de Excel nivel avanzado y MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Conocimiento de la legislación SOX y los requisitos de documentación.
- Deseables conocimientos de MS PowerBI y de análisis de datos.
