Itaú Chile is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Investment Banking Associate. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in our investment banking M&A and ECM transactions, supporting senior bankers in executing strategic transactions and providing key insights to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting extensive and detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution and origination
- Creating pitch materials, including presentations and marketing materials, to support business development efforts - Assisting in due diligence and coordinating with client, legal, accounting, tax and other teams on transaction documentation
- Conducting industry and company research to provide strategic insights to clients and senior bankers
- Coordinating with internal teams on transaction execution and origination, including other IB teams, corporate finance, legal, brokerage, coverage and research teams
- Lead and coach IB Analysts in the abovementioned tasks
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the investment community.

**Requirements**:

- Industrial / Commercial Engineer or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, corporate development or related field
- Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
