Job Description:

As a key member of the Sales team at Marriott, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth while maintaining existing guest loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to contact relevant individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales techniques that maximize revenue, ensuring seamless interactions with guests. You will determine and provide complimentary items as gifts for their patronage, including rewards points, show tickets, or gift certificates. Additionally, you will promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally.

You will process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points and handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received through various channels. Effective communication is crucial, as you will answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.

Your responsibilities will also include performing general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing. As a role model, you will assist management in training and motivating employees, adhering to company policies and procedures.
