About the Position:

The Director of Client Solutions is a key leadership role at Epic Staffing Group, responsible for providing strategic guidance to the recruiting and client services teams. This position involves fostering professional relationships with clients and clinicians, supporting company objectives, and optimizing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and manage a team to achieve individual performance objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for team operations, emphasizing accuracy, speed to market, and exceptional client service.
  • Establish and nurture connections at the highest levels of decision-making authority within client organizations to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships.
  • Manage and prioritize opportunities to enhance client relationships, expedite decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
  • Engage in regular strategy sessions with the Client Services team to promote services and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Develop and implement impactful recruitment strategies and processes to sustain and expand talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruiting efforts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance sourcing channels and optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Work closely with Credentialing, Finance, and Operations teams to enhance efficiency, financial productivity, and overall performance.
  • Partner with technology teams to maximize system capabilities in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement programs that raise awareness and understanding of our unique value proposition among clients and clinicians.
  • Implement clinician acquisition programs using online, offline, and direct tools to attract top talent.
Requirements:
  • Five years of experience in healthcare staffing, specifically locums staffing and recruiting, including experience managing a team.
  • Possess a deep understanding of business functions, services, business strategy, policies, and procedures, and the impact on the organization.
  • Ability to draw meaning and conclusions from quantitative and/or qualitative data.
  • Analytical and logical evaluation of information, propositions, and claims.
  • Quality decision-making and meeting timeliness of those decisions.
  • Understanding of external political, economic, competitive, and social factors affecting the industry.
  • Creation of a motivating climate, achievement of teamwork, training, and development, measurement of work in progress, and taking corrective action.
  • Effective engagement in dialogue.
