As an Administrative Assistant for our Environment Portfolio, you will play a critical role in supporting our project leader and team members with administrative tasks, calendar management, and meeting planning. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the success of our projects.
You will be responsible for scheduling virtual and in-office meetings, preparing briefing materials and meeting notes, tracking tasks and deadlines, and handling travel arrangements and expense reports. You will also support events, including preparing name badges, collaborating with conference and events services, and coordinating meeting logistics.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of environmental conservation, learn about our organization's work, and contribute to the protection of Chilean Patagonia's unique landscape.
