We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our sales team in Chile and drive the growth and development of our local operation.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
