About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our sales team in Chile and drive the growth and development of our local operation.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
