Cash Management Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team at Tomra. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and Payment Processing: Process customer invoices in our ERP system and local SII and SUNAT systems, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Customer Account Maintenance: Maintain customer accounts, update billing and payment statuses, and prepare financial reports to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Payment Collection and Resolution: Ensure timely collection of payments for projects, service contracts, rentals, and past-due invoices, resolving any discrepancies through collaboration with internal teams and regular customer contact.
  • Credit Assessments and Account Updates: Perform credit assessments, release customer orders from credit holds, and ensure accurate account updates to prevent delays.
  • Audit Support and Compliance: Assist with month-end/year-end closing processes and support audits to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  • Education: Degree in accounting or relevant experience.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge or interest in LATAM tax regulations is desirable.
