About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician or Engineer to join our team as a Technical Network Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of telecommunications technologies and experience in technical support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure
  • Diagnostics and problem-solving of connectivity and performance issues
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications systems and network devices
  • Providing technical support to end-users
  • Resolving hardware and software issues
  • Collaborating with other technical teams to implement projects and technological improvements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in IT Technician or Engineer
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid knowledge of networks, communication protocols, and operating systems
  • Demonstrable skills in technical problem-solving
  • CCNA certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on location and experience.
