Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing application support for end users of banking applications.
  • Acting as SME for banking applications.
  • Testing, improving, and debugging for different apps.
  • Support on US business hours with flexible scheduling for events outside business hours or weekends/holidays.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation (workflows, procedures, user guides, forms) updated on different platforms.
  • Leveraging strong project and communication management skills to keep up with multiple work streams and keep stakeholders updated.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced communication skills in English.
  • Continuous learning orientation to get familiar with standard and customized applications.
  • SQL knowledge to understand underlying data from application and conduct data quality verifications.
  • Knowledge on banking domain and experience with credit and loan products.
  • Knowledge of Tidal or similar platforms that allow to automate jobs.
  • Linux/Unix knowledge to edit/verify jobs, scripts, servers, request restarts.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work streams.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
