**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**:

- Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance
- Diagnosing and solving connectivity and performance problems
- Install, configure and maintain telecommunications systems and networks devices
- Provide technical support to end users
- Resolving hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with other technical teams to implement projects and technological improvements.

**What we’re looking for**:

- IT Technician or Engineer degree
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid knowledge of networks, communication protocols, and operating systems
- Demonstrable skills in technical problem solving
- CCNA is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
