Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en ventas y gestión de servicios para unirse a nuestro equipo en HITACHI ENERGY CHILE S.A.. En este rol, serás responsable de implementar estrategias de marketing y ventas para aumentar las ventas, los márgenes, la participación de mercado y la satisfacción del cliente en la región.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Ejecutar la estrategia de marketing y ventas de la Unidad de Negocio de Servicios regional, incluidas las iniciativas de marketing y ventas estratégicas específicas, planifica e implementa presupuestos anuales.
  • Representar a la empresa en los niveles superiores de contacto de los clientes para todas las áreas de negocio.
  • Hacer el seguimiento de las distintas oportunidades de negocios identificadas por los representantes de las otras divisiones.
  • Coordinar la Identificación Partners/ distribuidores / OEM ́s/ EPC/ Consultores de cada uno de los negocios con el fin de buscar alianzas con clientes estratégicos.
  • Ser el representante de la empresa en cuanto a políticas, principios de negocios, valores, integridad, OHS, crédito & cobranza.
  • Coordinar asuntos administrativos de personal: permisos, asistencia, visitas a clientes, coordinar realización de eventos, etc.
  • Asegurar el logro de los objetivos en los pedidos, la variación del precio neto (VPN), el costo / gasto de ventas y el puntaje neto del promotor (NPS).
  • Junto con la gestión global de marketing y ventas de la Unidad de Negocio y el Grupo de Productos, define los objetivos clave de marketing y ventas (por ejemplo, volumen, precios, combinación de cartera, canal y cobertura de mercado) y establece métricas y herramientas de medición adecuadas para monitorear el desempeño en la región.
  • Impulsa el crecimiento de la línea superior en cada mercado. Encuentra y crea nuevas oportunidades comerciales. Implementa actividades en iniciativas acordadas entre unidades de negocios / grupos de productos / regiones. Guía a los equipos de marketing de productos locales y garantiza que se cuente con la capacidad adecuada.
  • Comprende las necesidades de los clientes en el mercado visitando a los clientes. Desarrolla e implementa soporte de productos y capacitación sobre productos para garantizar una alta satisfacción del cliente en cooperación con Gestión de productos y Ventas y marketing de unidades de negocio globales. Apoya la mejora continua de NPS y la ejecución de encuestas de satisfacción del cliente. Analiza los resultados y ayuda con las acciones correctivas necesarias. Asegura un enfoque apropiado para las cuentas globales / regionales.
  • Implementar estándares, reglas, herramientas, políticas y procesos globales relacionados con la ejecución de operaciones / proyectos y comparte las mejores prácticas funcionales y lecciones aprendidas en toda la organización.
  • Asegurar que el área de responsabilidad esté debidamente organizada, dotada de personal y dirigida. Construye una organización eficaz, capaz y de alto rendimiento. Desarrolla talento, nombra gerentes y revisa la efectividad.
  • Responsable de cumplir con los procedimientos y controles internos en su área de operación, y velar por la aplicación y actualización de los procedimientos y controles internos, identificando y mitigando los riesgos de la operación.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica o experiencia comprobable gestionando negocios de servicios.
  • 5 - 6 años de experiencia en ventas.
  • Nivel de inglés y español avanzado.
  • Conocimiento del segmento de energía y utilities.
  • Conocimiento de equipamento de Control y Protección.
  • Manejo de conceptos generales relacionados a ciberseguridad.
  • Salesforce o conceptos de CRM.

Deseable:

  • Conocimiento de telecomunicaciones.
  • Conceptos avanzados de ciberseguridad.
  • Conocimiento general de SAP.
