Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Experience Expert to analyze and optimize the management of our after-sales area in Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing key tools for scheduling and monitoring services in workshops, generating indicators, and improvement opportunities for the process.

  • Implement and manage tools used in the dealer network nationwide.
  • Support incident resolution through analysis performed using tools.
  • Orient dealers in the use of tools and customer service.
  • Analyze after-sales customer satisfaction surveys, proposing concrete actions for improvement.
  • Establish action plans with dealers and supervise their execution.
  • Generate and report indicators and KPIs on a regular basis.

  • Ability to work as a team player and proactive problem solver.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Good command of Excel, PowerBI, or other data analysis tools.
Requirements

We require:

  • A graduate professional degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Experience or related areas.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or data analysis tools.
