Job Summary
We are seeking a Radiology Solution Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design new business models based on customer needs and global best practices
- Lead customer needs diagnosis and develop clear solution roadmaps based on customer needs and global best practices
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Oversee the entire solution development process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a provider setting
- Radiologic technologist certification or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders and team members at all levels
- Experience managing teams of technical professionals and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
