Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing Business Intelligence development projects, company-sponsored programs, and self-development activities.
- Create new data models and/or interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize complex data sets.
- Translate business requirements into compelling visualizations.
- Dive into data using SQL queries and other tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Manage ODBC connectors to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (BigQuery, Data Studio, etc.) for data storage, processing, and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize visualization performance.
- Document data processes, data dictionaries, and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with an Agile-oriented team.
- Implement data quality processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Identify Critical Data Elements, business, and data owners throughout the data lineage chain.
- Assist in recurring and ad-hoc data analysis requests as assigned.
- Stay involved and up to date with the industry's best practices in the Digital Marketing space.
- Demonstrate your ability to work independently and proactively troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Good written and oral communication in English, necessary to converse with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Python, SQL, or similar languages for data analysis and manipulation, and Tableau, Power BI or similar tool for visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem solving and structured thinking.
