Lead Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst to join our team. As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for providing application support for end users of banking applications, acting as a subject matter expert for banking applications, testing, improving, and debugging different apps, and providing support on US business hours with a flexible schedule for events happening off business hours or weekends/holidays.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation (workflows, procedures, user guides, forms) updated on different platforms, leveraging strong project and communication management skills to keep up with multiple work streams and keep stakeholders and managers updated as needed.

• 6+ years or relevant work experience
• Advanced communication skills in English
• Continuous learning orientation to get familiar enough with standard and customized applications
• SQL knowledge to understand underlying data from application and conduct data quality verifications related to issues or data maintenance required
• Knowledge on banking domain and experience with credit and loan products such as being familiar with how expected credit loss/PDs/LGDs work, terms like RORA, Capital cost, RWA, exposure mean, etc
• Knowledge of Tidal or similar platforms that allow to automate jobs
• Linux/Unix knowledge to edit/verify jobs, scripts, servers, request restarts, etc
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to translate requirements into actionable solutions, while maintaining a view of the bigger picture
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work streams and able to work under pressure
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to operate independently but knowing when to escalate
• Stakeholder management skills
