Job Summary

At Evalueserve, we are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst - Banking Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our application support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to end-users of our banking applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support for end-users of banking applications
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for banking applications
  • Test, improve, and debug applications
  • Provide support on US business hours with flexible scheduling for events happening outside business hours or weekends/holidays
  • Create and maintain documentation for workflows, procedures, user guides, and forms
  • Leverage strong project and communication management skills to manage multiple work streams and keep stakeholders and managers updated

Requirements
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced communication skills in English
  • Continuous learning orientation to stay up-to-date with standard and customized applications
  • SQL knowledge to understand underlying data from applications and conduct data quality verifications
  • Knowledge of banking domain and experience with credit and loan products
  • Knowledge of Tidal or similar platforms for automating jobs
  • Linux/Unix knowledge to edit/verify jobs, scripts, servers, and request restarts
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work streams
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
