Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will design customized solutions for our clients, leading BI development projects and self-managing your workload. You will perform data wrangling activities, create new data models, ensure data integrity, and develop reports and dashboards that tell visual data stories.

Responsibilities
  • Design customized solutions for clients that condense industry-specific KPIs into data products.
  • Lead BI development projects and self-manage your workload.
  • Perform data wrangling activities, including querying, cleaning, transforming, and loading large chunks of data.
  • Create new data models that feed into BI solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and data quality through the life cycle of projects.
  • Perform analysis and generate descriptive to prescriptive insights on collected data.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that tell visual data stories.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify bottlenecks, define priorities, develop solutions, and communicate results.
Requirements
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economy, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience relevant to the responsibilities mentioned above.
  • Confidence in writing your own queries using SQL.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with at least one data visualization tool among Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.
