Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst - Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute cohesive campaign strategies, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and executions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and create targeted marketing strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Develop and manage content for various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance campaign reach and impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and business development.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in business development, marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate.
