About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team at EF Education First. As a Sales and Marketing Ambassador, you will play a key role in increasing awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in Chile.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Attend fairs and career days at schools, universities, and local institutions across Chile to promote our program and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Develop and manage new partnerships and platforms to place Cultural Care in a way that is appealing to our target audience.
  • Plan and execute school visits, fairs, and events to reach our target group, strengthen customer loyalty, and promote sales.
  • Support the sales team in recruitment, screening, and coaching of potential au pairs over the phone.

Your Expectations:

  • Be comfortable with public speaking and presentation.
  • Have full proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Be an ambitious and curious person with a positive attitude.
  • Have experience abroad, preferably as an au pair.
