Job Overview:
The Executive Support Specialist role involves managing the CEO's schedule, inbox, and planning. This includes overseeing daily operations, automating workflows, tracking finances, and optimizing business performance. You'll be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and building automations to streamline processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize the CEO's time, prioritize tasks, and protect against distractions.
  • Plan meetings, manage email, Slack, and ClickUp to ensure priorities are executed.
  • Build automations (Make.com, Zapier, Google Sheets, etc.) to streamline operations.
  • Manage hiring, recruiting, and internal team accountability.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools to increase productivity and improve workflow management.
  • Track and manage financials using QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and internal reports.
  • Own KPI tracking, ensure reports are accurate, and alert the CEO of any issues.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience with Make.com, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Zapier, Slack, Stripe, and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
