The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Architect to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and expanding our customer base, leveraging your expertise in sales techniques and industry-specific solution expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and win new business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Leverage your sales skills to drive deal success and expand our customer base.

Requirements

  • Possesses high level of industry-specific solution expertise and demonstrates expertise in sales techniques.
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals.
  • Experience in leading customer negotiations.
  • Advanced English language skills.
