¿Para qué existe el puesto?

El Customer Success Manager (CSM) es crucial para garantizar que nuestros clientes aprovechen al máximo nuestros servicios. Tu misión será guiar a los clientes hacia la creación de valor conjunto, administrando relaciones B2B con aquellos que tienen contratos vigentes y asegurando su satisfacción en cada etapa del ciclo de vida del cliente. Trabajarás estrechamente con diversas áreas dentro de la empresa (operaciones, facturación, desarrollo, entrenadores, etc.) para alcanzar este objetivo.

¿Qué harás para cumplir los objetivos del puesto?

  1. Atención personalizada: Serás el primer punto de contacto para los clientes, atendiendo sus requerimientos y necesidades.
  2. Interacción interna: Conocerás a los responsables internos que pueden ayudar a resolver eficazmente los problemas y oportunidades que se presenten.
  3. Relaciones de confianza: Construirás relaciones sólidas con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades tecnológicas y transformándolas en oportunidades de negocio.
  4. Capacitación continua: Te mantendrás actualizado/a en las tecnologías y servicios del mercado para ofrecer las mejores soluciones a los clientes.
  5. Resolución ágil: Serás rápido/a y eficiente en la ejecución de mejoras y soluciones para el cliente.
  6. Colaboración: Trabajarás de manera colaborativa con tus pares para cubrir las exigencias globales de los clientes.
  7. Identificación de stakeholders: Mapearás la organización para identificar y relacionarte con los stakeholders clave.
  8. Insights y ventas: Levantarás insights sobre las necesidades de los clientes y trabajarás con el equipo de ventas para ofrecer soluciones personalizadas.
  9. Awareness de productos: Generarás conciencia en los clientes sobre nuestras diversas líneas de productos.

Lo que buscamos en ti:

  • Experiencia: Previa en roles de Customer Success o gestión de cuentas.
  • Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Conocimiento: En tecnologías y servicios de tecnología.
  • Trabajo en equipo: Capacidad para colaborar y trabajar de manera autónoma.
  • Orientación al cliente: Pasión por resolver problemas y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
