About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in LATAM, playing a key role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our business.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing consolidation, analysis, and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements, as well as providing comments on actual vs. plan reports.

You will analyze, prepare, approve, and review Business Area investments and expenditures, and provide respective reporting.

Your expertise will ensure proper revenue and cost controlling, design, and maintenance of underlying cost account systems.

You will oversee the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations, consolidating balance sheet and P&L statements and reports according to accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.).

You will analyze, evaluate, and ensure up-to-date reports for unit or 'Finance&Controlling' management.

In addition, you will complete projects concerning improvements of financial processes.

You will ensure coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies, and procedures, adopting respective processes.

You will keep abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • At least 4 years of finance progressive experience.
  • Experience supporting international business operations.
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals well in groups.
  • Strong communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express technical information (or data) to non-technical associates, peers, and management.
  • Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules, and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
  • Excellent writing, presentation meeting facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Knowledge of SAP, BI, and Esprit.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
  • Travel: Approximately 20% travel.
