Professional Sales Outreach Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at Sagan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to businesses to identify potential clients and engage them through targeted methods.
- Use various outreach methods, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to determine the needs of potential clients.
- Pre-qualify businesses that may benefit from Sagan's services and schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales team members.
- Enter gathered data and business information into the CRM, with a preference for Zoho CRM, but experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM, ensuring data integrity.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights on potential opportunities.
- Continuously test and improve messaging to increase conversion rates and engagement.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in spoken and written English, with clear enunciation.
- Proven success in a sales, lead generation, or cold calling role.
- Strong motivation and drive, with a focus on performance-based results.
- Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Tech-savvy with an interest in telecommunications, Internet, and networking solutions.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
